This policy provides a predefined package of property and liability coverages for offices, apartments, and retail and limited service businesses. It may also be written in conjunction with a Homeowners or Farmowners policy to provide coverage for a business operated from the home.

The policy provides:

• Insurance on the business building, if owned by the applicant
• Insurance on Business Personal Property
• Business Income and Extra Expense
• Business Liability with limits of $300,000 to $1,000,000
• Personal and Advertising Injury with limits of $25,000
• Fire Legal Liability
• Medical Expenses with a limit of $5,000
