Mobile Home Insurance Policy

This description is not a policy. The contract contains limitations and exclusions. All provisions of the policy apply.

This policy is specially designed for mobile homes built before 1977 although newer mobile homes may be accepted.

If owner occupied it may provide coverage for loss cause by:
10 named perils at actual cash value for the home
11 named perils at replacement cost for Personal Property
7 named perils at actual cash value for Other Structures
Loss of Use equal to 20% of the insurance on the home
Personal Liability with a limit of $100,000 or $300,000
Medical Payments to Others with a limit of $1,000
Limited coverage for Back Up of Sewers and Refrigerated Products

The Peril of Weight of Ice, Snow, or Sleet may be added for an additional fee.

A more limited policy is also available at less cost.

Rental or Seasonal mobile homes may be insured for fewer perils, actual cash value on Personal Property and Optional Premises Liability. There would be no Medical Payments to Others, Back Up of Sewers or Refrigerated Products coverage.
