For Our Policyholders Affected by Severe Storms in the Southeastern and Midwestern United States

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the recent severe storms in the southeastern and midwestern United States. We understand that you are experiencing a time of extreme crisis right now, and we want you to know that we are implementing special procedures designed to assist you. Our special procedures relating to premium payments, lapse periods, claims, and other time-sensitive issues will be available to policyholders living in states that are declared official "disaster areas" by FEMA as a result of these severe storms, tornadoes, winds and flooding. If you are a policyholder in one of these areas and you would like to speak with someone at United Heritage regarding your policy, please contact our Client Services Department at 1-866-573-3928. Our Client Services Representatives are ready and waiting to help you in this time of need.

May God bless the victims of these storms and their families.

Sincerely yours,

Dennis L. Johnson
