Our companies were founded over a century ago and have served our communities and customers with financial strength and service excellence through many key events in our country’s history. Our 200 employees and thousands of independent agents across the country strive to meet our vision every day.
United Heritage Mutual Holding Company (UHMHC - the Holding Company) was formed under the laws of the State of Idaho. The Holding Company is the ultimate parent company in the organizational structure and is controlled by policyholders. The Holding Company owns 100% of the stock of United Heritage Financial Group (UHFG or United Heritage.) UHFG is the intermediate parent company with administrative and shared services functions that serve all our companies. Our primary operating companies are outlined in the organization chart below.
Our primary headquarters are in Meridian, Idaho on an eight acre campus just minutes from Boise, Idaho and include the operations of UHFG, United Heritage Life Insurance Company (UHLIC), and United Heritage Property & Casualty Company (UHPC). The home office of Sublimity Insurance Company (SIC) is located in Salem, Oregon.
